The Hudson River Environmental Society will be honoring Elizabeth (Betsy) Blair by presenting her with the HRES Distinguished Service Award. HRES will also be honoring Dr. Robert (Bob) Schmidt by presenting him with the HRES Outstanding Environmental Researcher Award.
